First Trimester: Hope Second Trimester: Resilience Third Trimester: Peace HOPE - please talk with your children about the value of hope.   Hope develops a positive outlook and optimism about one's dreams.  I once saw a bumper sticker that I loved.  It read "Keep Possibilitizing"  While I'm not sure that possibilitizing is a real word, I think the message it conveys is so important.  Hope breeds hope. RESILIENCE - the power of strength.  "Keep on keeping on."  Encourage your children to never give up, to hang in there and develop a mindset and inner reserve that can handle the bumps we all experience.  The hope we learn to feel helps us build resilience as we navigate the tough moments of life. PEACE - an inner sense of calm that permeates into our daily life.  When we approach each day with an inner peace, we are much more able to handle problems and concerns with a clearer mind and a sense of grace.
