Chester - The Reader
Harold - The Writer

Working in your role as either Chester or Harold (reader or writer), browse the selected websites under the resources page for information on Bats or Transylvania.  A list of questions you need to answer appears below.

Chester- read to Harold important information about the topics.  Skip over material that may be interesting, but will not answer the questions.  Spell out any unfamiliar words.  It will help if you read sentences back in your own words, rather than as they appear on the screen.

Harold- You will write down the information that is read to you.  Be sure to get information that will answer all the questions.  Take good notes.  Write in complete sentences.  At the end, you write the finished letter.

After you have gathered the information you need, work together to write a letter to the Monroe family.  You may write the letter to either the parents, the boys, or the whole family.  Decide together what information you will use to convince them that Bunnicula is a vampire.  You may even use information from the book.  Harold will writer the final letter.  Be sure to use your best handwriting.
