Chester and Harold need to get more information on vampires.  They would like to present this information to Mr. and Mrs. Monroe so they will know what Bunnicula is capable of.   Working in groups of two, each student will choose the role of either Chester (the reader) or Harold (the writer).  Together you will do research using the World Wide Web on nature's vampires--Vampire Bats.  In addition, you will do research on the region that vampires traditionally come from called Transylvania. Using the websites given, research two topics--vampire bats and Transylvania.  Then write a letter to the Monroe family about all the information you've found together.  Compare this information to the characteristics of Bunnicula.  Can you convince them that he is a vampire?
